Vibrant world dishes overflowing in flavours from the garden will be prepared live using freshly picked ingredients by participating chefs. The schedule of talks, demos, and tastings, will aim to encourage people to grow a range of flavours in the garden, on a balcony or in a window box. 2022 Masterchef Champion Eddie Scott (Saturday, 1pm and Sunday, 11am) is taking the culinary world by storm creating classic, bold flavours with a healthy dose of nostalgia, often with an exciting Indian twist. 2022 Masterchef semi-finalist Olayemi 'Yemi' Abimbola Adelekan (Saturday and Sunday, 12 noon) is 'a foodie who never stops imagining what else can be cooked'.
